I called your father and he told me to send an e mail to you.
What I do not understand is that I had sent you a draft and
you had told me that is was OK BEFORE I sent this to my lawyer
to revise. Now there are changes. I have now incurred
additional legal charges of $2700.00 at your request and you
want me to reduce my fees and expenses by an additional
$201.95.
Also I just spoke to you on the phone (Remember) and you had
told me that we could have this resolved by May 31st (In three
days) your words.
Here what I am willing to do to finish this matter. I will
split lawyer fees $1350.00. Your new total would be total
charges $18201.95 + $1350.00 (Lawyer fees) Total Due will now
be $19551.95 to be paid by June 1st.
